Shipping Policies

We do our best to ship all orders by the next business day after payment. In the event of an out of stock item or other issue we will contact you to determine how you want to proceed. 

We ship using USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. Calculated rates should be available on all orders before you pay and are based off of actual package weight. We do not use shipping as a profit center.

Shipping times given at checkout are estimates ONLY. All of the major carriers have delays at times and as such we are not able to give any guarantees on carriers meeting the estimated date of receipt.

If an item is lost by the carrier we prefer to ship you a replacement if possible.
