85-92 Tuned Port Injection TPI FKM Viton O-Ring Upgrade Kit Camaro Corvette
For 1985-1992 Camaro Firebird and Corvette Tuned Port Injection
This FKM o-ring kit is a great upgrade to replace your original Buna-N o-rings. These FKM o-rings (Vi ton) are much more resistant to today's high ethanol fuel and will last much longer without leaks or degradation. These o-rings are manufactured from FKM (flouroelastomer) material which has superior resistance to chemicals over the Buna-N material used on factory o-rings.
This is the most complete kit available, most do not include all of the o-rings ours does.
This Upgrade kit includes the following:
- 16 x Black o-rings for the fuel injectors (2 per injector)
- 2 x Brown o-rings for the fuel return line
- 2 x Brown o-rings for the fuel supply line
- 4 x Black o-rings for the fuel rail cross bars.
- 2 x Black o-rings for the fuel pressure regulator to fuel rail connection.
- 1 x Black o-ring for the fuel pressure regulator to fuel return line.
- 1 x Black o-ring for the cold start fitting that threads into the fuel rail (used only in 85-88 models) (Note: Not shown in picture)
- 1 x Black o-ring for the cold start injector line (used only in 85-88 models)
- 1 x Black o-ring for the cold start injector at the intake runner flange (used only in 85-88 models)
Note: We use black color FKM o-rings for all but the fuel line o-rings. They have the same performance characteristics as the brown FKM o-rings.
